Closed, it waits quietly on a shelf. Opened with a twist, it reveals whatever treasure you have trusted it to keep from wandering goblins, suspicious party members and the ordinary chaos of your desk.

The Dragon Egg Vault is a 3D printed fantasy storage box with a scaled egg-shaped shell and a twist-opening concealed compartment.

Its overlapping scales create a dramatic sculptural surface, while the iridescent silk PLA shifts between green, blue and purple tones as the viewing angle and light change. The egg separates into a domed lid and stable lower container, allowing it to serve as both fantasy décor and practical storage for small items.

Materials and finish

Made from iridescent silk PLA with a green, blue and purple colour-shift effect. The apparent colour will vary with the lighting and viewing angle.
