Whitehorn Jackalope Skull | Gothic Antler Wall Relic

They found the Whitehorn beneath a dead cedar where no burrow should have been.

The skull was small, but the antlers spread wide enough to catch moonlight between the trees. Old hunters claimed it belonged to a jackalope that had survived so many winters its horns began growing like lightning through bone. Others said the creature was never hunted at all; it simply left its skull behind and continued deeper into the forest in another shape. Since then, replicas of the relic have been hung above doors and hearths as charms against bad paths, false tracks and things that follow travellers home.
