These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through the DragonLayers online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our full company identification is shown at the end of this page.

1. The seller

Products are sold by DragonLayers, whose registered details, NIF, and contact information appear at the end of this page.

2. Products

Our items are 3D printed in small batches. As handmade-style products, minor variations in colour, layer lines, and finish are normal and are not defects.

3. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs), in which case any payment already taken is refunded.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping

Orders ship from Portugal. Processing and delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with Decree-Law 24/2014. To do so, inform us using the contact details below and return the goods in their original condition. We refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being notified.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as permitted by law. Where an item is made to order or customised, this is indicated on the product page.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for goods under Decree-Law 84/2021. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it as required by law.

10. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will make it right.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including designs, images, and text, is owned by DragonLayers or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers may use the Electronic Complaints Book and, for online purchases, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Links are provided in the identification block below and in the site footer.
