According to the last surviving catalogue note, the Bonebound Watcher was once tasked with guarding a collection of forbidden volumes. When the library fell silent, the guardian remained skull pressed against the opening, skeletal fingers curled over the threshold, waiting for the next reader reckless enough to reach inside.

It does not turn pages. It does not speak. Yet every book placed beside it seems to stay exactly where it belongs.

About this piece

The Bonebound Watcher is a 3D printed skull book nook designed to sit between books as a compact gothic bookshelf display.

The piece features a skull emerging within a black rectangular frame, with skeletal finger details reaching across the lower opening. It creates the appearance of a hidden crypt, forbidden archive or undead guardian tucked between your favourite books.

Materials and finish

Made from PLA, a lightweight 3D printing material. Choose between a White version with a black outer frame and bone-white skull details, or a Glow-in-the-Dark version designed to charge under suitable light before emitting a visible glow in darkness.

Each item is 3D printed with care. Fine layer lines and small colour variations are natural characteristics of the process, making every piece subtly unique.
